Elite Sports

Mounties, Australia’s number one registered club has been part of the sports community for over 55 years in 2025. Since it’s humble beginnings as a small sports hub, we have grown thanks to the talented and committed players, who make up the 54 sub-clubs under Mounties Group.

At Mounties, we believe in supporting all members of our community, from youth to adulthood. The dedication toward our sub-clubs not only by Mounties Group, but also our loyal members, has led to the formation of multiple elite sporting teams as part of our pathway programs that help foster an environment of dedication and development amongst our sporting teams. Mounties is proud to be able to share our commitment to our community through the creation of our elite rugby and football teams.

Mounties Rugby League

Mounties Rugby League is synonymous with success and producing players that have gone to play in the National Rugby League. Recently, Mounties has focused on the elevation of women and girls in a traditionally male-dominated field by introducing a team into the Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership League, which was won by Mounties in 2023. Our Rugby League teams continue to flourish within the high-performance environment Mounties has created over our long history within the sport.
